The Duties of the Client, Designers and the CDM Coordinator

CDM Course

Duration: ½ or 1 day

Who should attend: Everyone who requires the key skills and knowledge to comply with the 2007 CDM Regulations.

Summary: The course informs delegates of the health and safety responsibilities that exist under the CDM regulations and raises awareness of the range of health and safety hazards that may arise during construction, refurbishment and demolition activities. The course can be tailored to further define the duties for particular roles under the regulations such as for clients or for designers.

The course includes presentations, small group activities and individual exercises.

Qualification: Successful completion of the course will equip delegates and duty holders with the understanding to comply with the latest CDM regulations. Delegates will receive a certificate of achievement and attendance.
