Bespoke training courses
AEC understands the importance of raising awareness of asbestos and working with asbestos materials. Since our incorporation in 1997 our goal has been to highly train and confidently equip our own staff to work within the asbestos industry, and to widen general awareness to manage asbestos responsibly. Our experience and expertise has led us to develop and deliver some of the most respected asbestos training available in the marketplace.
All of our courses are delivered to the highest standard and are specifically tailored to the delegates’ existing knowledge, experience and specific development needs. Not only aimed at asbestos related companies, they are widely used across general business sectors as a practical "hands-on" approach to the safe management of asbestos.
If you have a requirement that is not included here, please contact us to arrange a free consultation to discuss your needs.

The P400 Series of Courses in Asbestos
AEC have been working with BOHS (British Occupational Hygiene Society) since 2003, delivering industry recognised P400 series of asbestos courses and examinations. There are now 6 in the series (P401, P402, P403, P404, P405 and P406 courses) in addition to the COCA oral exam which can only be taken at BOHS head office in Derby.
Non-Licensed Removal Courses
Essentially practical training, utilising our specially developed practical training area, our non-licensable removal courses give delegates hands-on experience in the safe removal of non-licensable asbestos materials.
Asbestos Awareness Courses
The Control of Asbestos Regulations requires adequate asbestos awareness for all those who might come into contact with asbestos and/or have a duty to manage. Our awareness courses gives delegates a basic knowledge of asbestos types, legislation and health effects, its' uses in buildings and what to do it working near materials containing asbestos
