AEC have a tailored approach when recommending an asbestos management plan. Every client will have different issues and internal procedures to address. We would like to meet with you and discuss in detail what your requirements are before proposing a system.
AEC offer the Asure asbestos management system, however we also have other systems that we can recommend, dependent on your requirements.
a-sure is an asbestos management system that is tailorable and can be offered as a whole management system or individual parts as and when you need them.

- Technical input for the creation of management policies / full creation of policies. Assistance with creation of 'Permit to Work' systems or full creation of a system
- Paper based management system (for management of asbestos on site)
- Web - based hosting of management system - reports and register / showing inspection frequencies (whether inspected by the client or AEC, AEC cannot offer a client updateable electronic register)
- Consultancy advice (to answer technical as well as IT issues in relation to the web hosting)
- Emergency response plans (advice on how to handle emergency situations concerning asbestos)
- Pre-booked re-inspections (with the price of update of registers built in)
- Training services (full range of courses)
What are the benefits?
- Paper free system (if choose electronic system) - All information is viewed via PC - no need to thumb through paper reports and data (We will still keep paper copies of all original documentation)
- Ease of access - The site can be accessed 24 hrs a day from any PC as long as it is connected to the Internet.
- Up to Date - The updated registers and any new reports and information would be updated / posted regularly by AEC and you would be sent an email to let you know this has been done.
- Historical Data - Will be kept by AEC and will become a massive library of information e.g. reports and registers. All reports / data produced by AEC would be posted to the site.
- Security - Will also form part of this system, AEC will be the only ones able to up date information so you can be assured that viewers of the system cannot alter information. Password protected, the site could only be accessed by whoever you designate a password to.
- Email / Printing - You can print information from the site as and when you needed it
- Auditing - For your own in house purposes or to demonstrate to the HSE your compliance with CAR (Control of Asbestos Regulations) this is an excellent tool from which they can see your property portfolio and the varying stages it is at with regard to asbestos instead of having to go through paper files.
