Introduction
Our Building Surveying and Project Management teams provide a range of services to public and private sector building owners and tenants.
We have particular experience with housing associations, local authorities, educational establishments and leisure centres.
AEC's qualified surveyors are CRB checked; they support and advise clients on all aspects of building work from inception to completion and handle all legal requirements relating to:
- Building control and planning applications
- CDM Regulations
- Risk assessments
- Energy Performance Certificates
- Design
- Specification and AUTOCAD layout drawings
- Selection of contractors and tender documentation
- All post contract duties relating to the building project including the agreement of the final account.
AEC understands the importance of cost and will assist with managing spend effectively by offering help and advice in preparing budget costs.
